80% advance payment must be made before the wedding. If payment is not received before the wedding, our team will not be able to proceed with the work.

Once the wedding date is confirmed, the advance payment is non-refundable. No cancellations will be entertained after booking.

If the wedding date is rescheduled more than two months before the original date, the wedding fee will be recalculated based on the new date.

The customer will have to pay an additional charge for extra pages in the album.

The areas (where the bride and groom will be seated) must have adequate lighting and decorations to capture good photos.

The photographer may use the photos on Facebook/Website or other platforms for promotion/advertisement. If the client does not want their photos used for the photographer's promotion, a 10% extra charge will apply.

After selecting the album photos, photos and videos will be delivered within 3 months. If delivery exceeds 4 months, a 15% discount will be applied to the remaining amount.

If photo selection takes more than 3 months, the full album price will increase by 10%.

The cost for one album is ₹9,000, and for two albums, ₹15,000. Payment is required after album design approval. Any delays in payment will result in delayed album delivery.

The pre-wedding shoot must be completed at least two months before the wedding date. If it is delayed, pre-wedding photos or videos will be delivered late, and we will not be responsible.

A hard disk must be provided 7 days before the wedding when 80% of the payment is made. If the hard disk is not provided, we will not be responsible for any missing files.

If any files from our hard disk are damaged, you will need to provide your own hard disk. Otherwise, we won’t be able to deliver the files or videos. Delays will result in delayed delivery. We will not be held responsible for any issues like corrupt cards or other problems during the work.

If you select photos between October and February, it will take 4 months to process and edit the photos and videos. Therefore, you must finalize your selections before September.

Photos and videos will be delivered together and not individually. You will receive them only after full payment is made.

Full payment must be made. No discounts or changes will be allowed. (Final payment time)

One round of editing for videos and albums will be allowed. Any additional changes will incur extra charges.

Full bed shots and dadhimangal (traditional rituals) will not be photographed or videographed.

All travel, accommodation, and meal expenses for the photographers, videographers, and crew members for the pre-wedding shoot must be borne by the client.

Any services not mentioned in the brochure will incur additional charges. Extra fees will be charged for additional days or time.

We will store your data on our hard drive for a maximum of one year. After one year, you will need to provide your own hard drive if you wish to retain access to your files.

If the location is more than 3 km outside Malda city, the client must cover transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses for the crew.

Sufficient time must be provided on the wedding day for optimal photos and videos. If enough time is not given, the quality of your photos and videos may be compromised.
