The client must pay 80% of the total package amount in advance before the wedding.
If the advance payment is not made on time, the service provider’s team will not be obligated to attend or perform the work.
Once the wedding date is confirmed and booking is completed, the advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No cancellation will be accepted after booking confirmation.
If the wedding date is changed or postponed at least two months prior, the package cost will be recalculated based on the new date, season, location, and availability.
If extra pages are added beyond the package limit in the album, the client must pay additional charges.
The place where the bride and groom will sit must have proper lighting, decoration, and sufficient space to ensure good quality photos and videos.
If proper lighting or environment is not provided, the output quality may be affected, and the service provider will not be responsible.
The service provider has the right to use photos and videos for promotion on Facebook, websites, social media, or other platforms.
If the client does not allow promotional usage, an additional 10% charge will be applied to the total package amount.
After final photo selection for the album, photos and videos will be delivered within 4 months.
If delivery is not completed within 4 months, the client will receive a 15% discount on the remaining balance.
If the client takes more than 3 months to select photos, an additional 10% charge will be added to the total amount.
Single Side Album:
• 1 Album: ₹6,000
• 2 Albums: ₹12,000
Both Side Album:
• 1 Album: ₹10,000
• 2 Albums: ₹15,000
Full payment must be made after album design approval.
Any delay in payment will result in delayed delivery of the album and videos.
The pre-wedding shoot must be completed at least 2 months before the wedding date.
If delayed, the delivery of pre-wedding photos/videos may also be delayed, and the service provider will not be responsible.
The client must provide a hard disk 7 days before the wedding, at the time of paying 80% of the amount.
If a hard disk is not provided, the service provider will not be responsible for any missing files.
If any file is damaged from the service provider’s hard disk, the client must provide their own hard disk.
Otherwise, any delay or inability to deliver files will not be the responsibility of the service provider.
During work, if any memory card corruption, data loss, equipment failure, or technical issue occurs, the service provider will not be held responsible.
If photo selection is done between October and February, delivery (editing, printing, and final output) may take up to 4 months after February.
For faster delivery, clients are advised to complete photo selection before September.
Photos and videos will be delivered together.
They will not be delivered separately.
The client will receive all deliverables only after full payment is completed.
No discount, negotiation, or changes will be accepted at the final payment stage.
Only one revision is allowed for video and album editing.
Additional revisions will be charged extra.
Photography and videography for Phoolshojja (wedding night), Dadhimangal rituals, and food coverage will not be done.
Coverage will only be provided when the bride and groom are seated with their family.
In winter, the team will arrive between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
If any event is scheduled before 10:00 AM, prior notice must be given, and accommodation must be arranged for the team the night before if required.
In summer, the team will arrive between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
The client must inform in advance about the venue size and expected crowd.
For larger venues, additional photographers/videographers may be required, which will incur extra charges.
If fewer team members are assigned for a large venue, some moments may be missed, and the service provider will not be responsible.
For pre-wedding shoots, all travel, accommodation, and food expenses for the team must be borne by the client.
If the location is more than 10 km outside Malda city, the client must arrange transportation, stay, and meals.
Accommodation must include clean bedding, bathroom, and fan/AC (mandatory in summer).
For travel:
• March–October: Train AC coach required
• Other months: Sleeper class acceptable
• Bus travel: AC bus with reserved seats mandatory
If the company uses its own vehicle, the client must bear fuel and toll charges and arrange proper parking.
Any services not mentioned in the brochure will be charged extra.
Additional days, extended hours, or extra coverage will also incur extra charges.
The service provider will store client data for a maximum of 1 year.
After 1 year, the client must provide their own hard disk if they need the data again.
After final delivery, storing RAW files is not mandatory for the service provider.
The client must provide sufficient time on the wedding day for proper coverage.
If time is insufficient, resulting in compromised quality, the service provider will not be responsible.
The client must read and understand all terms before booking and signing.
This agreement is made with mutual consent to avoid any future misunderstandings.
